If it's not a Cingular / AT&T, T-Mobile, Fido / Rogers phone then Yes, you do have to mail the phone to us so it can be unlocked by our highly trained professionals.

How long does it take to get the unlock code for my phone?

Cingular / AT&T unlock codes are emailed within 24 - 48 hours.

T-Mobile unlock codes are emailed within 48 - 72 hours.

Fido / Rogers unlock codes are emailed within 48 - 72 hours.

MetroPCS SPC codes will be emailed within 1 hour.

What is your return shipping method if I mail my phone to you?

We ship all phones through the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, Your phone will arrive back to you unlocked within 3 days of being shipped from our facility. Please take weekends & holidays into consideration.
